By implementing the EU project "Implementation of energy and resource efficiency of the company Vektor Grupa d.o.o.", the company Vektor grupa d.o.o. wants to highlight the importance of promoting women’s equality and encourage greater involvement of women at all levels of business, including production and management positions in the digital printing and advertising product production industry.
The activity of large-format printing, production of illuminated signs and advertising structures is traditionally perceived as a technical and production-oriented activity dominated by men, which is why the share of women in this sector is often lower. Vektor grupa d.o.o. actively seeks to change this perception and encourages women to apply for all jobs, regardless of whether they are production, administrative, creative or management positions. The company’s goal is to ensure balanced representation of women and men and equal opportunities for professional development for all employees.
