Instructions for creating graphic preparations
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING GRAPHIC PREPARATION PRINTING OF ALL TYPES OF FORMAT
Graphic preparations must be sent in PDF or TIFF format, necessarily in CMYK color,
all fonts must be converted to curves,
optimal resolution is 60-600 dpi depending on the format
e.g.:
up to 0.3m2 600 dpi / 1:1
up to 2m2 300 dpi / 1:1
up to approx. 5m2 150 dpi / 1: 1
from 6-50 m2 100 dpi / 1: 1
from 51-120 m2 80 dpi / 1: 1
larger than 120m2 60 dpi / 1: 1
Files should be in a ratio of 1:1 for smaller graphics up to 500x500cm
or 1:10 for large graphics.
Graphic preparation can also be in: *.* tif (Tagged Image Format – LZW compression),
*.* psd (Adobe Photoshop - flattened image). color management Web Coated (SWOP) v2
With the XXL format, it is possible to deliver the file in *.* jpeg format,
color management U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2
In order to get a full black CMYK color, it is necessary to mix C:62, M:52, Y:51, K:100
Save the document for printing as pdf or tiff
CONTOUR CUTTING
For contour cut materials, the cutting line should be in spot color.
Cutting lines, bigs, perforations and the like should be marked with spot color (CutContour), which you can download from the DOWNLOAD link
the graphic preparation on which the stamp is placed must have a minimum 3mm overhang (recommendation 5mm) in relation to the cutting line.
If the graph preparation was not done with the spot color removed, the first page of your pdf should contain the visual that is printed, while the second page only contains the cutting line
WHITE COLOR PRINT
If the graph is to be prepared for delivery in pdf format, use the spot color (RDG_White), which you can download from the DOWNLOAD link
The underlying white color against CMYK should be offset inside by 1mm in M 1:1
If the graph is prepared for delivery in TiF format, the white color must be in a separate channel, with the mandatory name White_Ink
